We offer you a full range of designing services. Interior designing is our speciality. We design both private interiors: flats, apartments, houses, as well as public utility premises: offices, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, cafés, pubs and other.
We will take care of your investment from the idea, through the conceptual design, detailed design, comprehensive selection of materials to implementation together with project architect’s supervision.
The designing process can be divided into the following stages:
- conceptual design, including:
- arrangement of premises’ functions in form of plans without measurements,
- 3D spatial visualisations of premises in colours and with presentation.
- detailed design – comprehensive, including apart from the above mentioned:
- arrangement of partition walls with measurements,
- development of walls with colours, furniture, finishing materials and fittings together with measurements,
- design of suspended ceilings together with measurements,
- design of a flooring layout together with measurements,
- design of a fixed joinery together with measurements (for example dressing rooms, wardrobe system etc.),
- design of kitchen furniture together with measurements,
- drawings of a lighting points’ arrangement, switches and plug-in sockets, central heating points and telecommunication systems,
- selection of finishing materials and fittings (furniture, light fittings, fabrics, tiles, floors, doors etc.) – material specification,
- designs of furniture on individual orders together with measurements,
- architect’s supervision.
Detailed design, called by us a STANDARD service we offer FREE OF CHARGE CONCIERGE SERVICE, which includes:
- visits together with clients in chosen stores with offered finishing materials in form of arranged meetings,
- valuation of selected and accepted by clients finishing materials,
- valuations of finishing works from recommended crews of workers.
